Vile Things...

When our Halloween props grow up they want to be the kind of awesome animatronics found at Vile Things....I hadn't visited his site for probably close to a year when I stopped by today. Here's a guy who not only knows how to build and animate amazing props, but is also willing to share his knowledge with us lowly mortals....AND he's thorough and articulate with his instructions...even posting images for those of us who need extra help ;)

Before you check out his work I have to add that unless you've tried to capture the magic of a home yard haunt only using a camera most likely purchased to take snapshots of your kids, you might not be impressed with what you see...but you should be...

Yeah, I know, the grammar is off a bit, but she still makes me happy...I made her when I *finally* sat down a couple of years ago and watched the Kill Bill movies..her transformation isn't as detailed as some of the others, but I love her just the same ;)

So here at Treats Manor we kinda dig Halloween...surprise!!
A couple of years ago I got so bored with the tired old haunt music available...you know, the cheezy ghost rattling chains variety, I mixed my own...and I've had lots of fun adding to my remixes, with this year being no exception...so if you think you might be interested in what Halloween sounds like around here, please...push the button ;)
