After the happy response I received when I posted one of Joe Jusko's Vampirellas on tumblr, I realized his work would fit in perfectly with the rest of the countdown. His body of work is endless but I stuck with a theme this time...

Joe's amazing. I love the way he paints....especially Vampirella!
I'm not normally a huge fan of this genre but I love how strong she is without being completely overexagerrated. Nice work, Mr. Jusko.

Sensational Vampirella paintings/illustrations. These are the best I've seen since the original Warren magazines that featured her.
